Hilary Fuelleborn

Hilary A. Fuelleborn is a member of Dilworth’s Trust and Estates department, and her practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, special needs trusts, and private foundations.

Hilary represents individuals and families in planning for the future to meet their goals, provide security, and minimize taxes. She also represents trustees and executors in trust and estate administration and guides her clients to successfully navigate and fulfill their duties as fiduciaries.

Hilary is active in her community, and she serves as a Board Member for Jenkintown Youth Activities and a member of the Junior League of Philadelphia. She also serves as the Solicitor for the Prothonotary of Montgomery County.

Lara Bolte

Lara Bolte has focused her practice on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Asset Protection/Medicaid Planning, with a particular interest in working with senior citizens and their loved ones.

Lara began her career in the Atlanta suburbs, representing individuals and creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings before relocating to the Philadelphia area and working in the legal department of an international logistics company. She is a regular volunteer in her children’s classrooms and has been an active volunteer and member of St. John’s United Methodist Church in Ivyland, PA..

Laura Zartman

Laura is an Associate in the Trusts and Estates Department. Before joining Dilworth Paxson, Laura was an Associate with the Yorkway Law Group where she represented clients in preparing their estate plans by drafting wills, trusts, and deeds. She has also managed probate administrations from initiation through final distributions.

Laura is retired from a distinguished twenty-five year career as an FBI Special Agent, where she investigated violations of U.S. criminal laws and national security matters. Laura is well-versed in benefit and retirement programs associated with federal government employment, as well as those programs associated with 9/11 responders.
