George Luskus
George Luskus is an attorney admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Luskus received his Law Degree and the Degree of Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University School of Law. He represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a Special Assistant Attorney General from 1975 to 1979 and has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1979. Mr. Luskus has represented many clients in the areas of Taxation, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, Business, Family Law and Bankruptcy during his career and now concentrates his practice in Estate Planning for Individuals and Families, Taxation, Real Estate and Small Business Representation.
E. Garrett Gummer, III
E. Garrett Gummer, III is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) as accredited by the National Elder Law Foundation and approved by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. For over 35 years, he has been assisting senior citizens and their family members in elder law related areas including wills and estate administration, powers of attorney, living wills, medicaid planning, nursing home assistance and guardianships. Mr. Gummer has been selected each year as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” since 2008. He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA). Mr. Gummer earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of New Mexico, his Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations from The University of Pennsylvania, his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Widener University, and his Master of Laws (LLM) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University. Mr. Gummer has served on active duty as an officer in the United States Navy, and then continued to serve in the naval reserve after beginning the practice of the law. He retired with the rank of Captain.


Hilary Fuelleborn
Hilary Fuelleborn is an attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Hilary received her Law Degree from Emory Law School, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Hilary later completed her L.L.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Hilary began her career as an Associate Attorney in the Real Estate Department at Blank Rome, LLP. She concentrates her practice in Estate Planning for Individuals and Families and representing Executors and Trustees in the administration of Trusts and Estates. She currently serves as Solicitor to the Prothonotary of Montgomery County. Hilary and her husband Andrew have two sons, Henry and Thomas; one daughter, Anne; and one very small and very bad dog, Jack.
Lara Bolte
Lara Bolte is an attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Lara received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law. Lara began her career in the field of Bankruptcy Law, working as an Associate Attorney in a mid-sized law firm in the Atlanta suburbs before relocating to the Philadelphia area and working in the legal department of an international logistics company. Lara and her husband Rob have two sons, Jonah and Robert, a naughty golden retriever, Harvey, and two inquisitive cats, Charles and Beastie.


Laura Zartman
Laura M. Zartman is an attorney admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. Laura is a graduate of Rutgers University and earned her law degree from the Columbus School of Law, the Catholic University of America. She is currently pursuing an L.L.M. in Taxation from the Beasley School of Law, Temple University. Laura is recently retired from 25 years of federal government service.
